Greece's Eurovision 2021 top 10 star brings Latin rhythms to New Music Friday!

A new year brings new releases to New Music Friday and our weekend playlists. Greece’s Eurovision 2020 and 2021 representative, Stefania wants us all to ‘Wait No More’ in watching her latest music video, as she releases her first single of 2022.

Wait No More

Today the Greek-Dutch star, Stefania delivers a prophetic anthem in new single, ‘Wait No More’. An uptempo song with lots of Latin inspired flair, to have us all waiting in line for Covid-safe dancing at the club! Those that enjoyed ‘Mucho Calor‘ will love this too. The single is the work of Niels Zuiderhoek, Shannon Rani, Simon Gitsels and Yoshi Breen. Together they are a Dutch writing and producing team. Most notably, Niels has produced songs for Dutch rock band Kensington, whilst Shannon Rani has worked with the likes of David Guetta and Sam Feldt.

The music video is directed by Giovanni Kuijvenhoven and Tamara van der Vos. During which, Stefania is impatiently waiting in an empty cocktail bar for her date. Throughout the pair dance the night away, as the ending note on the bar, “my time is up”, suggests the date was successful!

Meanwhile Stefania has recently suggested she would like to return to the contest in the future, after exploring more opportunities her two participations have already afforded. So until then, we can enjoy watching ‘Wait No More’, below.
