Now the most wonderful time of the year has passed, we have some more wonderful things for you in store! After celebrating Christmas for two days, it might not feel like it, but today is Friday. Anna Bergendahl - Speak Love It's fair to say that Anna Bergendahl is back stronger than ever. Her matured country pop sound worked well for her in Melodifestivalen 2019, so she's just continuing down that line. Her latest single is called "Speak Love". The Swedish songstress released the effort today. Her "Wear Your Love" may not have won the ticket to the Eurovision Song Contest, but it sure sparked Aly's flame to make sure she'd get to that stage. Ever since, she's been hoping to make it to Eurovision - for whichever country would take her. She has kept her fans waiting for new material for quite a while, but the wait was worth it. Her new effort is called "De Jaren Gaan Voorbij" (English: The Years Will Pass). Ruth Jacott is known for her soulful, deep and warm voice and her new single does exactly what it needs to do to showcase those vocals. Songwriters Koen Jansen and René van Mierlo have done a fine job on that. The 59 year old singer has promised to release more music soon, so stay tuned, but for now... And Polina Gagarina has decided that her tour would be a fine opportunity to release a live album full of concert tracks! The album, called "Show Obezoruzhena (Live)", or "Шоу обезоружена (Live)" in Russian, dropped today. It includes a total of sixteen tracks, with many of her hits also present. Calmer, more serene and more comfortable with herself. From the strong rock earlier in her career - just think about her Eurovision effort "La Mia Città" - the songstress has now evolved. So after all these female singers, we have another one! And we have another legendary, mature singer: Lena Philipsson. The Swedish singer represented her country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2004. Schlager never dies, as we can see in her new effort, but schlager can grow up.
