Late last year, we reported that ‘Thea Devy’ is one of the contenders to represent Austria in Rotterdam this year. However, it was announced that the Austrian representative for Rotterdam ended up being Vincent Bueno. As the songs for Beovizija 2020 were announced, it was revealed that Thea Devy is one of the entrants with the song ‘Sudnji dan’.
“The song has a message, that is very important to us”
During her post, Thea announced that she was in the Top 3, to represent Austria in Rotterdam with her song ‘Judgement Day’. During her post, she has confirmed that there are no hard feelings, and that she has met Vincent and wished him nothing but the best.
Once it was announced that she was not representing Austria, Thea wanted to make sure the song was heard. On her post she said:
The song has a message, that is very important to us. It is something we would love to be able to share with the world and for it to be heard.

In addition to the above, she confirmed that she does have Serbian roots and considers Serbia as home. She has mentioned that she is ‘more than honored to have a shot at representing a nation that means so much to me.’
