Six artists will compete in this year’s Uuden Musikin Kilpailu (UMK), Finland’s national selection for Eurovision Song Contest 2020. Today the fourth entry for the selection was released.

Miara, Baby O and Viv form the new girl group F3M. The girls met for the first time in a studio when recording the song. Before F3M was born, Viv has competed in The Voice of Finland.
They promise that no matter what happens in UMK, F3M will stay together even after the contest. Unfortunately last week after the announcement of the UMK20 participants, their entry “Bananas” appeared on streaming services too early, accidentally.
About the song
F3M have a lot of trust in their song and believe it can win, not only Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu but the Eurovision Song Contest.
The song will win Eurovision Song Contest, because it has good mood and important message. It’s the best song, we are the best but also cute and lovely. And little dangerous!

The song has been described as “an empowering, fun song that has some very important themes”.
You can do whatever you want, everyone won’t appreciate it, but if it makes you happy, why not? The song has this bad ass mentality, we are who we are and you can be who you are.
F3M about the song’s message
The song has been written by group’s Baby O, Hanna Ollikainen together with Olli Äkräs and Rafael Elivuo. Both Olli Äkräs and Rafael Elivuo have written songs for many well-known artists in Finland.
