Analysing this week’s statistics

  • 🇳🇴 Norway: Oda Loves You finds herself in a strong lead in the four-way field that makes up the fourth heat of Melodi Grand Prix. Hege Bjerk and Magnus Bokn are neck-and-neck in second and third-place.
  • 🇱🇹 Lithuania: Ahead of the two semi-finals, heat two winner Moniqué is current the My Eurovision Scoreboard app favourite with a convincing lead over Rūta Loop. Heat one and three winners, Monika Marija and THE ROOP respectively, are currently ranked third and fourth.
  • 🇨🇿 Czech Republic: In what is widely considered a very strong line-up in ESCZ, Elis Mraz holds a narrow lead over Olga Lounová. We All Poop and Barbora Mochowa find themselves within touching distance of the top 2.
  • 🇱🇻 Latvia: It’s a two-act race to top the Supernova ranking with Samanta Tīna and Edgars Kreilis way ahead of the rest of the field. “Still Breathing” holds a solid lead, expected with the online hype the song is receiving.
  • 🇦🇱 Albania is about to be joined by the second entry into the Rotterdam 2020 rankings with Spain‘s entry “Universo” due to receive its premiere tomorrow. Will it overhaul “Shaj”? Find out in our update next week!

Ryan Cobb

My first memory of watching the Eurovision Song Contest was back in 2001 and, over the years, my passion and enthusiasm for the contest has very much turned into an obsession. I adore music and I love geography, so this contest is a natural fit for me. If la la loving Eurovision was a crime, I'd certainly be a criminal!
