Six artists will compete in this year’s Uuden Musikin Kilpailu (UMK), Finland’s national selection for Eurovision Song Contest 2020. Today the fifth entry was released.

About Sansa
Sannaliisa Ilkka is the woman behind the moniker Sansa. She started writing music in her late teens and has already released four albums. She has also worked with American producer Kaskade on the song “A Little More“.
Sansa has also lived in London but currently lives in Helsinki. She names Sia and Robyn as her biggest influences. She says representing Finland at Eurovision would be a dream come true.
I have always been fascinated by this event and I have dreamed of taking part since I was a little girl. I now feel that the time has come and that I finally have the right song

About the song
Sansa’s entry “Lover View” is written by the artist herself together with Anton Sonin and Otto Yliperttula, who is better known as Yotto.
It tells about the ultimate connection and love, something that we all need.

The songwriters describe the song as French electro meeting Robyn’s Scandinavian pop.
