Theatre and events production company THISISPOPBABY’s director Phillip McMahon revealed on Twitter that he is the Creative Director for Ireland’s Eurovision 2020 entry. The Head of Music Content of RTÉ’s radio 2FM promises that news on the song and the artist will arrive “very soon”.
“They played us the song and we said yes on the spot”
The director Phillip McMahon tweeted that “he has answeden Ireland’s call”. Shortly after that, his production company tweeted “they played us the song and we said yes on the spot”.

Dublin based choreographer and dance artist Philip Connaughton will be the choreographer for Ireland’s performance in Rotterdam.
Alan Swan, the Head of Music Content on RTÉ’s radio 2FM tweeted that the radio station will have news on the artist and the song very soon.
