🇳🇱 Ayana wins Junior Songfestival 2021

She will represent The Netherlands at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 in Paris, France

After a televised final, Ayana has tonight won Junior Songfestival 2021 with the song ‘Mata Sugu Aō Ne’. She will now represent The Netherlands at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 in Paris, France.

Jeangu Macrooy, Emma Heesters and Rolf Sanchez represented the professional jury. Last year’s winners Unity and former finalists Jackie & Janae and Robin also gave points to the acts on behalf of the children’s jury.

The four competing acts

  • Ayana – Mata Sugu Aō Ne
  • Priscilla – Be Alright
  • SH!NE – A Million Little Things
  • MELODY – Niet wat vrienden doen

About Junior Eurovision 2021

Only days after Valentina’s win, the EBU were quick to confirm that we will be travelling to France for the 19th edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. The contest will take place on December 19th at La Seine Musicale. The slogan of the contest will be Imagineand the logo was unveiled in August. At this time it is uncertain if the contest will be held in person or remotely once more.

In total, the following 19 countries have been confirmed by the EBU as taking part in the 19th edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest:
