Daði set for mini European tour in Autumn

Despite not making it to the Eurovision stage this year, Iceland’s entrant for 2020, Daði Freyr, has today announced a series of live shows scheduled for the end of the year.

In an announcement via his social media platforms this afternoon, Daði confirmed that he would be visiting Germany, the UK and Ireland with shows set to take place in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, London & Dublin.

Last month, the 27 year old revealed in a radio interview that he would not participate in Söngvakeppnin once more but would be open to representing Iceland at the 2021 contest if RÚV offer him the opportunity.

Despite Think About Things not reaching the Eurovision stage, Daði has enjoyed success, with the track surpassing over 6 million views on YouTube. As well as reaching the no.1 spot in Iceland, the song has charted in Belgium, the UK and Ireland.

Tickets for Daði’s scheduled European shows will go on sale this Friday, April 24th.
