🇵🇹 IAN: “The world is actually perfect, and ‘Mundo’ reminds us not to screw it up.”

With the national final season being in full swing, we are soon reaching the first semi finals of the Portuguese selection, Festival da Canção. Out editor Bente had a chat with IAN, who is participating with the song ‘Mundo’ in the first semi final, airing on 20th February.

A song about the world

As the title suggests, ‘Mundo’ is about the state of the world. According to IAN, the world is a wonderful place, and people should preserve it for future generations to come. ‘Mundo’ thus praises tolerance, the idea of being a good person, and being kind to one another.
