Creative competition to decide Go_A’s music video producer

Early February, Ukrainian broadcaster UA:PBC announced a competition for creative minds in Ukraine. A total of 10 candidates applied and 6 of them got to present their developed ideas. The ideas went from a theatrical performance to computer graphics. In the end, individual entrepreneur Maksym Tuzhylin won and will create the music video of “Shum”. The Ukrainian broadcaster didn’t reveal any detail yet. To see the outcome, we will have to wait until early March.

Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest

Ukraine debuted in 2003 and one year later, they already managed to get their first victory with Ruslana. Since their debut, Ukraine can be considered as one of the powerhouse countries in the Eurovision Song Contest. Together with Australia, they are the only ones to never have missed a grand final so far. In 2016, the country could add a second win to its repertoire thanks to Jamala. Apart from their wins, they have always achieved decent to good results. Unfortunately, the country withdrew in 2019. One year before, in 2018, they sent Melovin with “Under The Ladder”. The song finished 17th.
