Spain has finally picked their Eurovision 2021 entry! Blas Cantó is going to sing “Voy a quedarme” this year!
The national selection gala show Destino Eurovisión was held tonight (February 20th) to choose one of the two final entries to represent Spain in Rotterdam. It was up to the audience and that’s why RTVE launched the online voting before the actual show. Both Spanish and international fans had a chance to pick their favourite song between “Memoria” and “Voy a quedarme”. Eventually, “Voy a quedarme” received 58% of the vote.
The national final entries were not the only performed songs tonight. Blas also had duets with special guests announced earlier: Pastora Soler, Vanesa Martín, Edurne, Nia, Andrés Suárez, Cepeda and Roi.
