🇧🇬 Bulgaria to host “several delegations” for Live-On-Tape recordings

Bulgaria to help others

The Bulgarian delegation has tweeted that they will host “several delegations” for the Live-On-Tape recordings for the Eurovision Song Contest 2021.

Every broadcaster will create a live-on-tape recording prior to the Eurovision Song Contest 2021, which can be used if a participant cannot travel to Rotterdam due to the current pandemic, or in the unfortunate instance of an artist having to quarantine on site.

The tweet by the Bulgarian delegation states that the country will host “several delegations” in Sofia. We don’t know yet, which delegations have been invited to Sofia, but more details is promised to be given out soon.

Many international superstars have filmed their music videos in Bulgaria. Dua Lipa recorded the music video for “Break My Heart” at the B2Y productions studios in Sofia, while British indie group London Grammar have used the Nu Boyana Film Studios for the music video of “Lose Your Head“.

We have already seen few countries recording their live-on-tape performances in same location. The delegations of Serbia and North Macedonia recorded their performances in Belgrade, while Lithuania and Germany recorded their performances at the Avia Solutions Group Arena in Vilnius, Lithuania.
