Rotterdam 2021🇳🇱 Netherlands

🇳🇱 Jury members to be revealed on grand final night

The names won't be known for another week

The EBU has confirmed that the names of the jury members for this year’s Eurovision Song Contest will not be revealed until the night of the grand final. In previous years, the jurors have been revealed prior to the contest – with the 2019 jury members revealed on 30th April.

This will be the first time since 2013 that the names of the jury members will not be public prior to the start of the contest. Previously, the reveal of the jury members before the contest allowed for transparency with some jurors being replaced following reveals in past years.

The confirmation arrives

The news was revealed following one Twitter user, @DenzelDiMare, sharing a reply from the EBU regarding when the jury members will be announced.

Each country has a five-member jury who vote during the dress rehearsals held the night before each show. The points of the jury have made up 50% of the results in both the semi-finals and the grand final since 2016. The results of the jury voting are published following the grand final.
