Host broadcaster, France Télévisions, has revealed the official logo design for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, with only 89 days left until the 16 confirmed participating countries will compete in Nice.
The theme for the 2023 junior contest is “Heroes”, and it’s not simply a word or slogan, according to the French broadcaster, it’s “a word that inspires and gives children incredible strength…”
Going for modern and powerful, the energy in the design is meant to express the power and joy of “Heroes”. Splashes of colorful powder frame the bottom and sides of the sparkling slogan. During the 26 November contest, the logo will take on the color of each participating country’s flag, according to the broadcaster.
“Through the artwork and slogan France Télévisions want to create a unique experience for the 21st Junior Eurovision Song Contest and convey an explosion of happiness in a world where children are the Heroes.”

This is the second time France has hosted in three years after Lissandro won in Yerevan last year. He sang the song “Oh Maman!”, which is the second Junior Eurovision-winning song written by Barbara Pravi.
