🇮🇸 Hatari to perform at Söngvakeppnin 2020 Final

Icelandic broadcaster RÚV has revealed that 2019 representatives Hatari will perform at the final of Söngvakeppnin next Saturday.

The group represented Iceland last year following their Söngvakeppnin 2019 win with the song “Hatrið mun sigra”. They finished 10th in the final with 232 points.

Final to take place on the 29th

The final will be held on Saturday 29 February where 5 acts will perform to represent Iceland in The Netherlands. 4 acts qualified from the semi finals, while 1 was selected as a wildcard entry by the producers.

The running order is as follows:

  1. Ísold & Helga – “Meet Me Halfway”
  2. Daði & Gagnamagnið – “Think About Things”
  3. Nína Dagbjört – “Echo”
  4. Iva – “Oculis videre”
  5. DIMMA – “Almyrkvi”

The winner will perform in the first half of the second semi final on Thursday 14 May.

Iceland in Eurovision 2019

Hatari represent Iceland in Israel with their song “Hatrið mun sigra”. They qualified from the semi final in 3rd place with 221 points, and finished 10th in the grand final with 232 points.
