Rehearsal review

Rehearsing today for Armenia inside La Seine Musicale is Maléna, performing “Qami Qami”. As the first rehearsals are closed to the press, this review is based upon content made public by the EBU and France Télévisions.

Maléna is joined by three dancers on stage at La Seine Musicale with all four of them in matching futuristic-style outfits. Maléna and two female dancers in pink and white with the two male dancers in blue and white. We have a multi-coloured LED backdrop that makes us feel like we’re floating through space. There is also some pyro involved next to the stage.

Maléna has certainly been rehearsing very hard as this performance already looks very polished and ready for the public’s eyes on Sunday. “Qami Qami” is definitely something brand new for Junior Eurovision and hopefully it’ll be rewarded for its quality.
