As expected, after month’s of speculation – it has been announced today that Elnur Huseynov will return to the Eurovision stage once more and represent Azerbaijan at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest with a song titled ‘Hour Of The Wolf.”
In 2008, Elnur, alongside Samir were the first representatives of Azerbaijan, performing the song Day After Day in Belgrade and finishing in 8th place overall.
Elnur has since continued his music career, most recently broadening his musical talents into neighboring country Turkey, where earlier this year he won the 2015 season of O Ses Türkiye (The Voice of Turkey).
The announcement of Elnur’s participation had been reported by the media in Azerbaijan over the past few days, but it was officially confirmed this afternoon on Eurovision.tv that he would once again fly for the flag for Azerbaijan with big ballad Hour Of The Wolf. (Yes another ballad to add to the list!)
