A few weeks ago it was revealed that 13 year-olds Ivana Petkovska and Magdalena Aleksovska had been chosen to represent Macedonia at Junior Eurovision, after a series of open auditions.

Since then, the two girls have been working on their song, and it has now revealed that they will sing ‘Pletenka’ (‘Braid’) at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Bulgaria next month.

The girls wrote the song themselves and it will be the country’s 11th entry to the Junior contest, with their best result to date being consecutive fifth places in 2007 and 2008. Can ‘Pletenka’ do any better? Here’s the music video:
