The Spanish viewers have spoken,  after a two hour long national final it was decided that Barei would represent the country in Stockholm with the song “Say Yay!”

Six songs competed in tonight’s show with the winner decided by a combination of an International Jury, a specialist panel and of course, the viewers vote.  Whilst Barei didn’t quite manage to receive top scores from the International Jury, she seemed to impress all three guests on the panel as well as the televoting public, receiving top points in both.

Technical Assistant: I've been here since Day 1 (I actually had a full head of hair back then!), and whilst I enjoy reporting the news, I also aid in keeping things running tip top behind the scenes. Yep, I'm also a bit of a tech geek!
