Tamar Kaprelian is the second member of Armenia’s super group Genealogy announced today by ARMTV. Tamar was born in America and she will be representing her native continent in this project marking the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. In 2010, Tamar released an album called Sinner Or A Saint.
Genealogy will represent Armenia in Vienna. It’ll be a group of six vocalists, from all continents in the world. Every singer is of Armenian descent and five of them live abroad. The sixth is an Armenian native. Last Monday, French-Armenian singer Essaï Altounian was announced as the first member of the group.
The song title Genealogy will sing in the first semi-final of the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest is Don’t Deny.
