Nanne Grönvall most recently took part in Melodifestivalen in 2020 with her song “Carpool Karaoke”. Now she told on Twitter that next she wants to return with One More Time, the band she represented Sweden with in 1996.
“We’re working on it!”
Nanne Grönvall represented Sweden in 1996 together with her husband Peter Grönvall and Maria Rådsten as the group One More Time. The song “Den vilda” finished third in the final. Since then, she has taken part in Melodifestivalen five times as a solo singer.
Last weekend Nanne tweeted that she would love to return to the contest with the band One More Time. She says that the group is currently writing new songs.
In 2020 Nanne Grönvall took part in Sweden’s Eurovision selection Melodifestivalen as a singer with the song “Carpool Karaoke” and as a songwriter for the song “Om du tror att jag saknar dig”. Both of the songs failed to reach the final, but James Corden reacted on “Carpool Karaoke” on The Late Late Show.
Recently One More Time’s 1996 entry “Den vilda” appeared on the annual ESC250 list on the place 156.
