Rehearsal review

Rehearsing right now inside the Rotterdam Ahoy is Senhit, performing “Adrenalina” for San Marino. We will continue to update this article as each run through takes place, so make sure to keep refreshing for the most up-to-date review!

We start off the performance with lights flashing at the back of the stage. Senhit is wearing a headpiece standing on a black rotating platform (like in the music video), and as we progress on, the headpiece is taken off, to reveal a black outfit. She is joined by four backing dancers on stage, both on the rotating platform and on stage. when we get to the chorus, they lift her with pyro shooting from the floor.

To answer everyone’s question, the rap interlude was done by a different rapper, with Senhit joining in. On the Eurovision.tv Live Blog, they have mentioned:

Today’s rap interlude featured a different rapper, but the graphics definitely read Flo Rida so it’s reasonable to assume he may be joining us in Rotterdam next week. We’ll keep you posted, but in the meantime that is going to kick off the second Semi-Final with a BANG.

Whilst the rap is being done, Senhit and the backing dancers walk on the catwalk and on to the B stage, to finish off the performance with pyro being shot out from the floor on the B stage.

Looking at the other aspects of the performance, Senhit has very bright colours displayed both on the LED Backwall, as well as the transparent LED Wall, with San Marino utilising the stage in full throughout the performance.

Looking through it, I’m not surprised that this was chosen to open the Semi-Final, Senhit give all of her energy in this performance, and I think it would get the crowd going.
