The Youtube views for the first semi-final have been out a little over 12 hours but already we are seeing some clear leaders. We take a look at the Youtube views as they stand at 11.10 CEST Wednesday morning.
A Polish domination
Justna Steczkowska is well ahead and going for the first million of views as we speak, with more than 750k under her belt. The general engagement of Polish fans may explain this though, so we should not necessarily consider that this will translate into a potential televote winner.
What could translate as a potential televote winner, however, is “Espresso Macchiato”, which is second with about 375k views, more than 100k ahead of Sweden, the country that has so far been seen as the one having the best shot at winning the televote and the contest.
The non-qualifiers with the highest view count is Belgium (162k), and the qualifiers with the lowest ones are Norway (99k) and Switzerland (74k), which is an automatic qualifier.
