San Marino RTV set the schedule for the San Marino Song Contest 2026, with semifinals on March 3 and 4 and a final on March 7 at the Teatro Nuovo in Dogana. The broadcasts will air on San Marino RTV, channel 550, and on Radio San Marino.
The winner will represent San Marino at the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna. Eurovision is scheduled for May 12 and 14 with the Grand Final on May 16.
Each semifinal will feature 20 competitors selected through “Dreaming San Marino Song Contest,” a process run by Media Evolution. Ten acts from the two semifinals will advance to the final, where they will join 10 invited artists.
San Marino RTV said the artistic director will be Massimo Bonelli, the director will be Cristiano D’Alisera, the director of photography will be Marco Lucarelli, and the scenography will be by Marco Calzavara, in collaboration with Media Evolution and under the patronage of the Secretariat of State for Tourism. San Marino RTV, whose general director is Roberto Sergio, made the announcement.
