Spain’s Lucas Paulano finished second with 184 points for “Cuore Bello (Te Quiero, Te Quiero).” France’s Alec placed third with 165 points for “Comment Tu Vas?”

Naré received 103 points from juries and 99 points from online voters, finishing 18 points ahead of Spain. She had ranked third after the jury voting.

France led the jury vote with 114 points, followed by Spain with 108 and Armenia with 103. Spain added 76 points from online voting, while France received 51.

The victory was Armenia’s third in the competition. Vladimir Arzumanyan won for the country in 2010 with “Mama,” and Maléna won in 2021 with “Qami Qami.”

Naré, 13, is from Yerevan. She has appeared in musicals and television programs and earned the chance to represent Armenia on her fourth attempt at the country’s selection process, according to her contest biography.

The 24th edition brought entries from 16 countries to the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre. The European Broadcasting Union organized the contest with Malta’s Public Broadcasting Services. Junior Eurovision is open to singers ages 9 to 14.

Jury scores and online voting each accounted for 50% of the result. Viewers could vote before the broadcast and during a voting window after the last competing performance.

Gaia Cauchi, Destiny and Keane Cutajar hosted the show. Cauchi won Junior Eurovision for Malta in 2013, and Destiny won for the country in 2015. Malta hosted the contest for the third time, following the 2014 and 2016 editions.

France entered as the defending champion after Lou Deleuze won the 2025 contest in Tbilisi, Georgia, with “Ce Monde.”
