New Music Friday – this week with Subwoolfer, KEiiNO, Ulrikke and more!

Ten of the best new songs from Eurovision artists!

Måns Zelmerlöw, Carola – ‘Let’s Sing (It’s Christmas Time)

Ahead of their joint Christmas tour next month, Swedish Eurovision legends, Måns Zelmerlöw and Carola share an early present in the form of new single, ‘Let’s Sing (It’s Christmas Time)’. This joyful sleigh bells anthem is a festive tasting platter of what to expect from the tour as Måns and Carola sing loud and proud all the important traditions of the holiday season.

‘Let’s sing’ is like oxygen to my soul and a vitamin injection to my body! ‘Let’s sing’ feels so natural as a duet between Måns & me, and I get so happy every time we sing it! For me, ‘Let’s sing’ is more than a Christmas carol, which right now feels so right in time when we can’t let the song be silent in dark times, but let it give us joy and hope back!

Carola has always been a great role model for me on stage and I’m so happy that we get to do both a tour and a song together now. Finally!

Dotter – ‘Lättdistraherad’

Always a regular on New Music Friday, Melodifestivalen fan favourite, Dotter returns this week with her first single as an independent artist. Now with a little tot of her own to think about and free from the shackles of music label demands, Dotter has set up her own label, Mookie Mama. ‘Lättdistraherad’ or ‘Easily Distracted’ is set to feature on Dotter’s upcoming album. The song is an electropop nostalgia trip back to those heady teenage years.

LUMIX, Tarik Asadi ft. Will Matta – ‘The Night Is Young’

Still keeping the party going from Turin Austria’s hit DJ, LUMIX returns with some new friends this week as he teams up with German DJ Tarik Asadi and London-based singer-songwriter Will Matta. Together the trio want to party through the night on, ‘The Night Is Young’. An uplifting anthem with the electronic production turned up to a douze points for any EDM fans.
