Austria has chosen which entry will represent them on home soil. During a marathon Wer Singt für Österreich, the Austrians have chosen The Makemakes for Vienna.
The Makemakes and DAWA had to fight it out in a superfinal, with The Makemakes convincingly winning the first round. Their song I Am Yours defeated DAWA’s Feel Alive in the superfinal.
