The Albanian entry for the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest is now officially released. “I’m Alive”, a powerful mid-tempo ballad, performed by Elhaida Dani will represent the nation in Vienna, Austria, on 19 May.
The late release of the song came as a result of the withdrawal of “Diell”, the Festivali i Këngës 2014 winner and the initial selected song. Immediately after the withdrawal, Elhaida teamed-up with On Records, a music label from Kosovo to produce the newly selected “I’m Alive”. The song is produced by Zzap & Chriss and written by Sokol Marsi.
The music video was directed by the Pro Video Albania, and its main concept is empowering women. You can watch the video below.
