Tonight, Eurojury week will begin with our first semifinal taking place at 21:00 CEST / 20:00 BST. Clips from all the competing entries will air, plus some chat and discussion about the acts too to give the show a real Eurovision feel. The show will be broadcast on the Showcase website.
Three shows, one big result
Voting is underway on the Eurojury website and will continue to remain open during the show too, so you can have your say on your favourite entries. Voting will close after all the competing entries have been broadcast, the results will be calculated and verified before the 10 qualifiers will be announced during the show. Voting will re-open after each semifinal and close the day before the grand final.
The public vote will be combined with the 180 jurors from across 42 different nations to decide who will qualify through the semifinals and who will win the Eurojury 2020 trophy.
Semifinal 1 will also feature a performance by Lucía Pérez who represented Spain back at the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 with the song “Que me quiten lo bailao”
In the last two years, Eurojury has predicted the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest correctly with Netta winning in 2018 and Duncan Laurence in 2019.
