🇪🇪 Tuuli Rand: “I want to keep the Estonian language alive through my music”

Ahead of the first semi final from Eesti Laul, we got to talk to one of the candidates. Tuuli Rand is a familiar face for the contest, and this year she will sing “Üks öö”.

Who is Tuuli Rand?

Tuuli Rand has been in Eesti Laul since 2011. Five times as a backing singer and five times as the main act. She hopes to represent her country Estonia one day, preferably with a song in Estonian. The passion for music is really in her blood. She graduated at Kuressaare Gymnasium and Georg Ots Music Singing School. Before going solo, she joined a few bands in Estonia. Afterwards, she started her own music career in which she could use all of her previous experiences. Watch our interview to know more about Tuuli Rand as a singer and as a person.
