Recently we had a chance to talk with Clara Klingenström, songwriter and the Melodifestivalen 2021 participant. She is entering the contest for the first time and is absolutely excited about it!
Clara Klingenström is going to sing “Behöver inte dig idag” in the Semi-final 4 of Melodifestivalen 2021. We talked to her about her music career, collaborations, Melodifestivalen and the upcoming performance.
Writing songs is the best way of self-expression for Clara. That’s why she released a lot of singles already and plans to create some in English as well. Earlier Clara also submitted 2 songs for Melodifestivalen 2011 and Svensktoppen nästa 2012 but now she’s ready to perform her song at the Melfest stage!
Talking about her current entry, Clara shares that this song is a really important and personal one for her. She wants to help people through this and spread hope. Hardest times in life made Clara writing this entry to show some love to herself and prove she’s strong.
