After weeks of semifinals, the grand final for Eesti Laul is Saturday, 11 February. The running order has been decided for the twelve artists competing.
Five acts qualified from each of the two semifinals, with two wildcards being chosen by 100% televote, completing the final set of acts. In each semi, four acts qualified directly, followed by a wildcard. As if that wasn’t enough, ERR decided to pick two more wildcards. Elysa and Mia therefore ended up qualifying for the final as well.
The running order, according to ERR is as follows:
- Meelik – “Tuju”
- Inger – “Awaiting You”
- Janek – “House of Glass”
- Elysa – “Bad Philosophy”
- M Els – “So Good (At What You Do)”
- Bedwetters – “Monsters”
- Andreas – “Why Do You Love Me”
- Alika – “Bridges”
- Anett and Fredi – “You Need to Move On”
- Ollie – “Venom”
- Mia – “Üks samm korraga”
- Sissi – “Lighthouse”
The top 3 songs will be chosen by a professional jury (50%) and public vote (50%). Afterwards the winner will be voted by 100% televote. Taking place at the Tondiraba Ice Hall in Tallinn, Eesti Laul hosts Grete Kuld and Tõnis Niinemets will be joined by numerous guests including Stefan. He placed 13th in last year’s contest with 141 points after winning Eesti Laul 2022. The winning artist will perform in the second semifinal at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom on 11 May 2023.
