Remember Monday will represent UK at Eurovision 2025

After a swirl of speculation we finally have confirmation of the act representing the United Kingdom at the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest. Pop-Country trio Remember Monday have been announced as the act heading to Basel, Switzerland.

“We’re going to be the first girlband to represent the UK since 1999, which feels like such a crazy honour. We’re going to bring loads of fun, energy and hopefully do something that you won’t have seen before on the Eurovision stage.”

Remember Monday are made up of Lauren Byrne, Holly-Anne Hull and Charlotte Steele. The trio first met at school and originally released songs under the name Houston. In 2018 they renamed to Remember Monday and gained a following in the UK Country Music community, playing a variety of shows and festivals across the country.

They auditioned for the The Voice UK in 2019 where all four coaches – Jennifer Hudson, will.iam, Tom Jones, and Olly Murs – turned their chairs. Jennifer Hudson went on to coach the trio during the competition and offered them a slot on her talk show, broadcast in the United States. Since then they’ve gone on to release more music, increasing their following on TikTok and touring the UK as an headline act.
