Did you hear? Eurovision tidbits, week 35

It’s Sunday night again, and as always, that means another little round up of interesting Eurovision tidbits from around the Euroverse! In this week’s edition we bring you babies, a human disco ball, a bride-to-be and (surprise…not!) another fountain of wisdom! And then some.

Harel Skaat becomes a dad

Harel Skaat and his partner Idan Roll have wanted to become parents for a long time. This week their dream finally came true, as they welcomed their baby son into their family! Harel himself announced this, by posting the cutest picture of the happy trio om his Instagram. The baby boy was wrapped in a white blanket, while the proud dads were both wearing fluffy dinosaur onesies! I think we can safely assume that this kid will have a lot of fun growing up!

Júli Heiðar – song for Benedikt Nói

As we reported a while back, Júli Heiðar and Þórdís Birna, who are both Söngvakeppnin veterans, became proud parents of a son; Benedikt Nói. While Þórdís was still pregnant, Júli wrote their son a song, called “Changes”. And this week, the song was finally released for the world to hear!
