Tonight Belarus chose their entry in a national final. 12 artists competed and after the votes from the jury and the Belarusian public, VAL was announced as the winner. VAL will represent the country in Rotterdam with the song “Da Vidna”!

The favourite of the jury was Yan Yarosh with “Fire”, while VAL finished second. The Belarusian public liked the group CHAKRAS the most, but after VAL finished second also in televote, they won with 20 points.
Belarus has been drawn to perform on the first half of the first semifinal of the contest, so we will hear “Da Vidna” on May 12th.
