🇪🇪 Uku Suviste on Eesti Laul 2021: “I believe I will definitely participate”

ERR wants a new song from him

The Estonian broadcaster ERR has confirmed that Eesti Laul will take place in 2021. The winner of Eesti Laul 2020, Uku Suviste, was given a spot in the semifinals.

Tomi Rahula, the main producer of Eesti Laul, offered Uku Suviste a spot among the 24 semifinalists of next year’s contest. Uku Suviste confirmed that he is going to participate. It was said that he has to compete with a new song.

Uku Suviste won Eesti Laul 2020 with the song “What Love Is”. He said that big changes were planned to his stage performance. When asked about the cancellation of the contest, Uku Suviste said he is sad, but understands the seriousness of the situation.
