As part of BNT’s “Eurovision Week” campaign, Bulgarian music TV channel and radio station “The Voice” ran a poll to determine the most popular Eurovision entry from the past decade (2010-2020). Bulgaria’s very own VICTORIA came out on top, with Loreen’s “Euphoria” placing as the highest non-Bulgarian entry!

In order to determine the shortlist, The Voice included the top three finishers from each contest since 2010 as well as the three favourites to win the 2020 contest according to Eurovision World at the time of the contest’s cancellation: Bulgaria, Lithuania and Switzerland.

Congratulations to VICTORIA!
It’s an impressive victory for VICTORIA as “Tears Getting Sober” never made it to the Eurovision stage. Victory in this poll highlights the immense support the track had amongst the Bulgarian public. Taking aside VICTORIA and Kristian Kostov’s home support, victory amongst the non-Bulgarians goes to Loreen’s “Euphoria”. The 2012 Swedish winner narrowly beat Eleni Foureira’s “Fuego” which placed second in 2018 behind Netta’s “TOY”, which placed 10th in this poll.
