🇸🇲 Senhit to release new single ‘Breathe’ on June 22

San Marino’s 2021 Eurovision representative Senhit has confirmed that she will be releasing her new single ‘Breathe’ on June 22. Her latest single is the follow-up to her 2020 Eurovision entry ‘Freaky’ which was due to represent San Marino in this year’s contest.

What has Senhit been up to recently?

Since the cancellation of the Eurovision Song Contest, Senhit has been keeping herself busy, as well as fans entertained. Senhit has appeared at the Eurovision Home Concerts, where she gave us a neon-tastic performance of ‘Freaky’. In addition, she provided a great cover of Marco Mengoni’s L’essenziale.

As well as doing covers, Senhit has also released a new video of her 2020 Eurovision entry ‘Freaky’. In the video, we see a compilation of fans dancing along to her 2020 Eurovision entry, which you can watch below:

Senhit at the Eurovision Song Contest

In 2011, Senhit represented San Marino in Düsseldorf (as Senit), with the song ‘Stand By‘. Unfortunately, she failed to qualify for the Grand Final when she placed 16th in the semi-final.

Nearly ten years on, Senhit announced her return to the Eurovision Song Contest, and after an online-vote, it was announced that she will be singing ‘Freaky’. Despite the cancellation of the 2020 contest, it was announced that Senhit will represent San Marino at the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest.
