Eurovision veteran Nevena Božović has released a video for her latest single “LJUBAV U BOJAMA”. This is her second single to be released under her new moniker, simply ‘NEVENA’. It is also her second single of 2020 so far.
NEVENA, formerly Nevena Božović, formerly 1/3 of legendary robbed common framework Moje 3, has just released her new single. Spoiler alert: it slaps. The song follows her previously-released single “Nestajem s vetrom“, and is her second song of 2020, and second single released under the ‘NEVENA’ moniker.
Like “Kruna”, the song was written by Nevena herself. The arrangement and production was done by collaborator Boris Krstajić. The song captures a heavily 80s-inspired synth pop sound, which is captured in the official video. You can watch the video below:

Nevena’s Eurovision escapades
Nevena made her Eurovision debut at the 2007 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam. She placed 3rd overall with the song “Piši Mi”, which is Serbia’s best finish to date at the Junior contest.
Nevena entered Beosong 2013 as part of trio Moje 3 with the song “Ljubav je Svuda” (Love Is All Around). They won the selection with over 25,000 votes and went on to represent Serbia at Eurovision 2013 in Malmö. Tragically, they went on to finish 11th in the first semi final, missing out on the final by six points. The group went on to win the prestigious Barbara Dex Award that year.
But her journey didn’t end there! Nevena entered Beovizija 2019 with self-penned ballad “Kruna”, eventually winning the selection. In Tel Aviv, her debut at the adult contest as a soloist, she qualified from the first semi final and went on to place 18th in the Grand Final with 89 points.
