The second season of the Australian version of ‘The Masked Singer’ is currently airing. Throughout the season, Eurovision fans have been linking former Eurovision participants in the line-up of the latest season.
Now, as the second season of the show is now mid-way through, the first former Eurovision participant in the current season is now confirmed. Australia’s Eurovision 2017 representative Isaiah Firebrace is revealed as ‘Wizard’ from the latest episode of the show. You are able to watch his cover of Katy Perry’s ‘Firework’ below.

In an interview on ‘Behind the Mask’, Isaiah has revealed that he found it difficult to keep his participation a secret from his father. In addition to this, he also talked about his costume and his experience performing on it.

Isaiah Firebrace at the Eurovision Song Contest
In 2017, Australia internally selected Isaiah Firebrace in Kyiv with the song ‘Don’t Come Easy’. Isaiah’s participation at the contest, saw Australia reach the Grand Final for the third time. Overall Isaiah managed to finish 9th overall with 173 points.
