About ‘A Quiet Voice’

When Kate released her new track, she has revealed via social media, a bit more about what the track is about.

โ€˜A Quiet Voiceโ€™ is about that yearning. It manifests itself as the nostalgia we have for half-remembered childhood moments. Simple things, like pencil on a paper. Resting easy in the world. Waiting at a bus stop – just waiting. Kissed so much we didnโ€™t see the movie.

Kate Miller-Heidke at the Eurovision Song Contest

Last year, Kate Miller-Heidke participated in the first ever edition of Eurovision โ€“ Australia Decides in which she took victory with her pop-opera track โ€œZero Gravityโ€. As a result, she represented her nation at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest with arguably the most technologically-advanced stage performance ever seen on a Eurovision stage. And donโ€™t forget about those extraordinary vocals!
