In the lead up to his participation in Melodifestivalen 2021, Paul Rey has released his new EP ‘Note to Her’. The EP is preceded by the single ‘Richest Man Alive‘. The new EP is released two years after the release of his first EP ‘Note to Self’ which was released in 2018.
The release of his new EP comes, in the lead up to his participation in this year’s Melodifestivalen, where he will be competing on the first semi-final on the 6th February with the song ‘The Missing Piece’.
About ‘Note to Her’
During our recent interview with Paul, he mentioned that compared to his previous EP ‘Note to Self’, he knew that he wanted to do another acoustic EP. In addition he also mentioned that he wanted to take a step up from ‘Note to Self’, and to naturally title it ‘Note to Her’, as he dedicates the record to his daughter, who was born last year.

Paul Rey at Melodifestivalen
In 2020, Paul Rey made his debut at Melodifestivalen with his song ‘Talking in My Sleep’. His entry managed to qualify for the final through the second chance round, where he managed to finish sixth overall in the competition.
