Norway’s Eurovision 2021 representative TIX will release a new album on February 25. This is his first album since 2016, when his debut album Dømt og berømt was released.
The eight-track album will be released on Friday, February 25th. On Instagram, TIX said the eight songs on album belong together, not to be released as individual singles. Since releasing his debut album in 2016, TIX has released multiple singles, including five chart toppers, but not an album.
After representing Norway at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with “Fallen Angel”, TIX has released one single “BeautiFull“. He is also one of the artists of the twelfth season of Hver gang vi møtes, a show where artists do their own version of another artist’s songs. On the first episode we saw the other artists cover TIX’s songs, where Jarle Bernhoft put his own twist to TIX’s Eurovision entry “Fallen Angel”. TIX himself recently got a top five hit in Norway with his version of Øystein Greni‘s song “Girl in Oslo”, which he translated to Norwegian as “Jente i Oslo”.
