Lake Malawi and We Are Domi team up on ‘High Speed Kissing’

The Czech Republic contestants for this year’s Eurovision, We Are Domi, have released a single with Lake Malawi, who represented the Czechs in 2019. The song premiered today on Lake Malawi’s channel.

Lake Malawi

Lake Malawi, an indie pop band from Třinec in the Czech Republic, represented their country in Eurovision in 2019 with the song ‘Friend Of A Friend’. They finished 11th, achieving the second-best result in their country’s history.

The Czech entrants for this year will take part in Eurovision 2022 at Turin with the song “Lights Off”. They are due to perform in semi 2, in 18th (last) position.

‘High-Speed Kissing’ is written by Albert Černý of Lake Malawi, and Gabi Knoll & Esben Svane. It’s a pop song duet featuring both vocalists of their respective bands. Fans of either act’s Eurovision act should give this a look.

The music video features both bands playing together and showing great chemistry while dancing together, against the backdrop of an empty stadium.

I like the heavy and weird entries in Eurovision. I also like stats and diving deep into Eurovision stories. My picture is not of me.
