The results of Supernova 2024, the Latvian selection show for 2024 have been announced. Dons is the winner, having won with the song ‘Hollow’, which he will take to Eurovision in May.
The scores were made up of a combination of jury votes and public televotes. There were 10 acts competing, after 5 acts were eliminated in the semi-finals last week.
During the show Estonian 2023 entrant Alika performed her Eurovision song ‘Bridges’, and a guest performer from Lithuania, Gabrielius Vagelis also performed.

Dons will be hoping to be the first Latvian act to make it past the Eurovision semi-final since Justs in 2016. He has been drawn into the second-half of the second semi-final.
