Tina Karol Named Music Producer for Ukraine’s Vidbir 2025

Ukraine’s 2006 Eurovision representative, Tina Karol, has been named the Music Producer for Vidbir 2025, the national selection process for the Eurovision Song Contest. Known for her dynamic career and performance of “Show Me Your Love” in Athens, Karol steps into a key role, succeeding Dmytro Shurov, who held the position in previous years.

In her new capacity, Karol expressed her excitement about shaping Ukraine’s Eurovision journey: “I’m thrilled to join the National Selection team and support both new talents and returning artists. I’m sure we’ll see many talented performers this year, which we’ll make sure to showcase in the best way possible. See you at Vidbir 2025!”

Oksana Skybinska, Ukraine’s Head of Delegation, emphasized the value Karol brings to the process. “Tina is one of Ukraine’s most renowned artists, and her experience in the Eurovision world provides unique insight. Her intuition and artistic vision will be instrumental in selecting the next act to represent Ukraine on the international stage.”
