The Serbian broadcaster RTS has officially revealed the date of the final for the national selection.
Eurovision season is starting up again.
National broadcasters all across Europe are preparing the selections for next year’s hopeful Eurovision contestants. And now, Serbia is revealing more details about their plans.
Serbie started hosting the national selection Pesma za Evroviziju in 2022, and it will continue into 2025. RTS has revealed that the final will take place on March 1st of next year.
Submissions closed
As this article is being written, the window for submitting entries into the Serbian national selection has closed, as the deadline was November 1st. It has yet to be revealed how many submissions have been received.
Serbia in Eurovision
Serbia had their Eurovision debut in 2007 where Marija Šerifović sang “Molitva” and secured Serbia a victory in their first try – very impressive! You can see the performance here:
In 2024, Serbia sent Teya Dora with the soft ballad “Ramonda”, which placed 17th in the Grand Final. You can watch that performance here:
