The 63rd edition of Festivali i Këngës has concluded at the Palace of Congresses in Tirana, Albania, crowning Shkodra Elektronike as the winner of the annual song contest. Hosted by Enkel Demi and Ornela Bregu, the winning song, “Zjerm,” impressed both the jury and televoters, earning them the opportunity to represent Albania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel, Switzerland.
Organized by Radio Televizioni Shqiptar (RTSH), this year’s competition featured 30 entries, narrowed down to 15 finalists during two semi-finals held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 19 – 21 December. MC Kresha, a Kosovo-Albanian rapper, opened the grand final with his song “Era”. Xhevdet Ferri’s daugter spoke of her relationship with him in between song performances. After all songs were performed, Arta Dade spoke words of encouragement to women. For the interval act, artistic director and former Albanian representative in Eurovision, Elhaida Dani performed.
FEST 63 Grand Final Results
The winner was selected through a combination of jury votes and televoting. The jury consisted of Zana Çela, Alma Bektashi, Ylljet Aliçka, Merita Rexha Tërshana, Florent Boshnjaku, Ramona Tullumani and 2019 winner Jonida Maliqi. Televoting was a combination of votes from Albania and Kosovo. Alongside the main award, other prizes included Vesa Smolica winning Best Lyrics and Shkodra Elektronike winning the Critic’s Choice Award. The final top three were:

- Elvana Gjata – “Karnaval”
- Alis Kallacej – “Mjegull”
