Last week, during the first Semi-Final of the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2025, Czechia’s Eurovision 2025 representative Adonxs gave viewers a sneak preview of what’s to come on the Basel stage this May.
Adonxs previews Eurovision entry ‘Kiss Kiss Goodbye’
Recently, Czechia’s Eurovision 2025 representative, Adonxs treated viewers of Malta’s national selection MESC 2025 to a sneak acoustic preview of his entry, ‘Kiss Kiss Goodbye’. The official release of the entry is expected in March.
The stripped back version allowed Adonxs to express his raw emotion and vocal talents to a live audience, before the real work begins in May. On that note, Adonxs has confirmed his preparations for Basel have begun. In a interview with Seznam Zprávy he revealed that a music video is on the way, as well as international promotion.
I wanted to come up with something that would have enormous energy and at the same time evoke strong emotions. But I find it difficult to assign the song to one genre, I would describe it as a post-genre power ballad that also gives room for dancing. It still retains my authorial style, it doesn’t try to be appealing at all costs, but at the same time I think it is adapted to the character of Eurovision.
